一种提升半导体制冷性能的模糊控制系统 被引量:2

摘要 依据半导体制冷芯片工作特性曲线可知,其最大制冷量和最高制冷效率所对应的工作电流不一致,而目前半导体制冷芯片均以一个恒定电流而工作,所以不可能使其一直处于最佳工作状态。为了提升半导体制冷性能,设计出一种模糊控制系统,该系统根据半导体制冷片冷热端面的温度情况,自动调节制冷芯片的电流,使其始终处于最佳工作状态。实践证明:该系统不仅能提升半导体制冷性能,还能对半导体热功耗进行有效管理,提高半导体制冷器的使用寿命。 It is noticed by the operating performance curve of semi-conductor refrigerating chip that the corresponding currents of maximum refrigeration quantity and the maximum refrigeration efficiency are different.However,the semi-conductor refrigerating chip operates under a constant current.In this case,the chip is not able to work in the best operating situation.In order to improve the refrigeration performance of semi-conductor,in this article,a fuzzy control system was designed.The system was able to tune the current in the refrigerating chip and ensure the chip always work under the best situation according to the temperature condition of the cold-hot end face of the semi-conductor thermoelectric cooler.The practical example indicated that the system could not only improve the refrigeration performance of semi-conductor,but also effectively manage its heat dissipation so that the life of the cooler would be extended.
