摘要
介绍了某一高耸结构因施工质量缺陷而进行加固设计与分析的方法及过程。首先对结构质量缺陷进行参数量化及性能分析评估,然后设定加固性能目标,在此基础上提出3种可行性较大加固方案并进行比选,对优选方案进行参数量化及性能分析评估,性能评估内容包括动力特性、构件强度、基础等。分析结果表明,通过合理加固设计方案,使得原质量缺陷高耸结构动力特性,构件强度,基础承载力均满足验算要求,而且也方便施工,造价较低。
Describe the method and process of reinforcement design aNd analysis of a high-rise structure due to construction quality defects. First,quantify the quality defect parameters of the structure and evaluate the performance analysis. And then,set the reinforcement performance target. Based on this,three more feasible reinforcement plans are proposed and compared. Analyze the performance of the preferred solution,in- cluding dynamic characteristics,component strength,basics,etc.. The analysis results show that through the rational reinforcement of the design scheme,the dynamic characteristics of the high-rise structures with original defects,component strength,mad basic bearing capacity all meet the checking requirements,and it is also convenient for construction and the construction cost is low.
