摘要
教学督导是高职院校教学质量监控与保障体系的重要组成部分,构建"三级两翼一体化"的教学督导组织体系,明确高职院校教学督导职能定位,厘清教学督导工作内涵,更新教学督导工作方式,践行教学督导协同工作机制,有利于提高教学督导的规范性与实效性。
Teaching supervision is an essential part of vocational colleges' quality monitoring and assurance system. Improving the standardization and effectiveness of teaching supervision may well rely on the following measures: constructing a "Three-rank, Two-wing"organization system, defining the function of teaching supervision, clarifying working connotation, updating working mode and carrying out the co-operational working mechanism.
