摘要
为确保基坑施工安全,必须采取有针对性的降水设计。江北新区综合管廊二期工程狭长型基坑处于富水环境,地质条件比较复杂,坑内降水会对周边环境造成不利影响。对于大部分围护结构无法隔断基坑内外联系的区域,采用坑内管井井点降水+坑外回灌相结合的方法,其他区域采用坑内管井降水的方法。介绍了基坑降水的施工工艺、注意事项与突发状况下的应急方案。该工程按照方案设计顺利、安全地进行了施工,取得了较好的效果,可为类似工程提供参考。
To ensure the safe construction of a foundation pit,the corresponding dewatering design has to be adopted.As the slender-type foundation pit of the 2 nd-term project of the comprehensive pipe corridor in the Jiangbei New District is located in a rich-watered environment,where the geological conditions are comparatively complex,dewatering inside the foundation pit may result in unfavorable effect on its surroundings.With those areas,where most retaining structures can not separate the inter-related areas inside and outside the foundation pit,the method of the well-point dewatering by means of pipe wells inside the foundation pit+ recharging outside the foundation pit is adopted.For other areas,the pipe-well-dewatering inside the foundation pit is adopted.Introduced in detail in the present paper are the construction processes of the dewatering of the foundation pit,points for attention and schemes for emergencies.The project is successfully,safely and smoothly completed as planned,with very good effect achieved.It may serve as a useful reference for other projects of similar types.
