摘要
在高压架空输电线路的建设中,怎样才能做好规划,按时间完成任务,保证质量的控制,在安全的前提下,完成任务,是一项工程的关键环节。本文从管理的四个方面说明高压架空输电线路建设中面临的难题,以及应该采取的一些应对策略。
This Paper following four aspects of management illustrate the difficulties faced in the construction of high-voltage overhead transmission lines and some countermeasures to be taken.
