摘要
以上海市某工业用地遗留下的土壤中多环芳烃的含量调查结果为基础,参考美国环境保护署EPA推荐的RBCA暴露模型,并考虑到场地内以及场地周围一定范围内的居住人群的生活习惯、场地所处区域的气象水文条件和土壤结构,结合国内外一些筛选值和导则里的参数进行模型优化,评估了土壤中苯并(a)蒽、苯并(b)荧蒽、苯并(a)芘和茚并(1,2,3-cd)芘4种多环芳烃对人体的健康风险.结果表明:该场地内所有点位中苯并(a)蒽的最大致癌风险值和非致癌危害商分别为1.79E-05和1.61E-01,致癌风险超过可接受值约17倍;苯并(b)荧蒽的最大致癌风险值和非致癌危害商分别为1.61E-05和1.41E-01,致癌风险超过可接受值约15倍;苯并(a)芘的最大致癌风险值和非致癌危害商分别为1.19E-04和1.04E-01,致癌风险超标约118倍;茚并(1,2,3-cd)芘的不同途径吸收入体内的致癌风险共8.54E-06,超过可接受值约7.5倍.因此,该工业区土壤中多环芳烃污染应引起重视.
Based on the results of the investigation of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the soil left over from an industrial site in Shanghai,referring to the RBCA exposure model of the EPA,and taking the living habits of the residents within a certain range of the site and around the site,the meteorological and hydrological conditions and soil structure in the area of the site into consideration,combining with some domestic and foreign filter value and guidance to optimize the parameters in the model,we assess the human health risks of four kinds of PAHs.The results showed that the maximum carcinogenic risk and non-carcinogenic hazard of benzene and(a)anthracene in the site were 1.79 E-05 and 1.61 E-01 respectively,and the carcinogenic risk was about 17 times higher than the acceptable value.The maximum carcinogenic risk and noncarcinogenic hazard of benzene(b)fluoranthrene were 1.61 E-05 and 1.41 E-01 respectively,and the carcinogenic risk was about 15 times higher.The maximum carcinogenic risk and non-carcinogenic hazard of benzopyrene were 1.19 E-04 and 1.04 E-01 respectively,and the carcinogenic risk was about 118 times higher.The risk of carcinogenesis absorbed into the body in different ways of Indene and(1,2,3-cd)pyrene was 8.54 E-06,which was about 7.5 times higher than acceptable value.The pollution of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the soil of this industrial zone should be taken seriously.
