玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂力学性能研究 被引量:15

摘要 为了进一步提高玻璃纤维/环氧树脂(GF/EP)复合材料的机械性能,充分了解GF/EP复合材料在各种条件下的力学性能,通过使用ETM105D型微机控制电子万能试验机、Zwick/RoellZ005型万能材料试验机和分离式霍普金森压杆实验装置,对以环氧树脂(EP)为基体,以玻璃纤维(GF)为增强体的复合材料以不同的配比,分别进行了不同温度准静态载荷下及常温动态载荷下的压缩试验,得到了不同配比试样在不同温度下准静态压缩的屈服强度和在不同应变率下动态压缩的屈服强度.结果表明:在准静态载荷下,温度越高,试件的屈服强度越低,试件的弹性模量和屈服强度具有明显的温度依赖性;GF含量的增加,在一定程度上增大了试件的韧性;试样在一定应变率下,GF/EP试件并不具有应变率效应,但当应变率超过某个临界值时,又能体现出应变率效应. In order to further improve the mechanical properties of glass fiber/epoxy resin(GF/EP)composites and fully understand the mechanical properties of GF/EP composites under various conditions,different ratios of composite materials were used to conduct compression tests under quasi-static loads at different temperatures and under dynamic loads at room temperature by using microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine(ETM105 D),universal material testing machine(Zwick/RoellZ005)and SHPB.The quasi-static compression yield strength at different temperatures and the dynamic compression yield strength at different strain rates were obtained.The conclusions are as follows:under the quasi-static loads,the yield strength of the specimen decreases as the temperature increases and the specimen's elastic modulus and yield strength show obvious temperature dependence.The increase of GF content increases the toughness of the specimen to a certain extent.At a certain strain rate,the GF/EP specimen does not show a strain rate effect,however,when the strain rate exceeds a certain critical value,the strain rate effect can be detected.
