摘要
目的分析角膜溃疡清创术与抗真菌药物联合应用治疗真菌性角膜炎的疗效。方法将我院收治的80例真菌性角膜炎患者分为研究组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予单纯抗真菌药物进行治疗,研究组给予角膜溃疡清创术联合抗真菌药物进行治疗,比较分析两组的临床疗效及视力改善情况。结果经治疗,研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,研究组患者的视力恢复情况优于对照组,两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对真菌性角膜炎患者给予角膜溃疡清创术联合抗真菌药物治疗,可有效改善患者的视力情况,疗效显著。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of corneal ulcer debridement combined with antifungal agents in the treatment of fungal keratitis. Methods Eighty patients with fungal keratitis treated in our hospital were divided into study group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with antifungal drugs alone. The study group was treated with corneal ulcer debridement combined with antifungal drugs. Clinical efficacy and vision improvement of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Thevisual recovery of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Corneal ulcer debridement combined with antifungal therapy for patients with fungal keratitis can effectively improve the patient＇s visual acuity.
