摘要
目的了解孕产妇孕期及产后42d内不同阶段的健康教育需求,以期为提供有效的围产期健康指导提供依据。方法 2017年1-5月,目的抽样法选取合肥市某三甲医院产科门诊和住院分娩的21名孕产妇为研究对象,采用现象学研究法进行半结构式个体化访谈,以Colaizzi 7步分析法分析资料。结果共提取3个主题,即孕期健康教育需求、产后健康教育需求及多种健康教育途径并存。在孕期健康教育需求下可分为孕期营养知识相关需求、孕期运动形式相关需求、胎儿健康相关知识需求以及分娩知识需求等4个亚主题。在产后健康教育需求下可分为产后恢复相关知识需求、新生儿有效喂养相关知识需求、产后营养相关知识需求、新生儿照护知识需求等4个亚主题。结论妇幼保健工作者开展孕产期健康教育时,应考虑到不同胎次和分娩方式的孕产妇健康教育需求的差异,提供更具个性化的保健知识;借助网络在信息传递中的的优势,建立更具科学性、专业性的网络平台,为孕产妇提供孕产期健康指导。
Objective To understand the health education needs in different stages of maternal pregnancy and 42 days after birth,in order to provide the basis for effective prenatal health guidance.Methods By purposive sampling,21 cases were selected and had semi-structured individualized interview.The data were analyzed by Colaizzi and themes were extracted.Results Three themes were extracted：the needs of health education during pregnancy,the needs of health education after giving birth and different channels of receiving health education.The health education needs during pregnancy included nutrition knowledge,exercise during pregnancy,the health of fetus and delivery options.The needs of health education after giving birth included postpartum recovery,fetus feeding,postpartum nutrition and newborn care.Conclusions Maternal and child health workers should take into account the different needs of maternal health education based on different fetal and delivery modes,and provide more personalized health education.With the advantage of network in information transmission,healthcare workers can establish a more scientific and professional network platform to provide health guidance for pregnant women.
