摘要
海绵窦区硬脑膜动静脉瘘是海绵窦壁与其附近硬脑膜动脉形成异常的动静脉交通的脑血管疾病。该病的临床表现多样,以结膜充血、水肿、眼球突出等表现而首诊于眼科。本文通过对1例海绵窦区硬脑膜动静脉瘘的误诊分析,分析其临床特点及误诊原因,旨在提高临床医生对该病的认识。
Cavernous sinus dural arteriovenous fistula is a cerebrovascular disease with abnormal arteriovenous communication between cavernous sinus wall and adjacent dural artery.The clinical manifestations of the disease are diverse,with conjunctival hyperemia,edema,exophthalmos and other manifestations of the first visit to ophthalmology.A case of cavernous sinus dural arteriovenous fistula was misdiagnosed and its clinical characteristics and causes were analyzed in order to improve the understanding of the disease by clinicians.
