摘要
为了提高手术学教学效果,培养学生生命伦理学意识,该文以急性阑尾炎动物模型为载体,通过"临床手术患者诊疗模拟体验",开展贯穿术前准备、术中操作、术后观察及处理的实验教学活动,提高学生在学习中的参与感和解决问题能力,以增强其职业认同感,激发学习兴趣。这种教学方法以训练临床操作基本功与加强临床综合能力培养相结合,既可提高手术学教学效果,又能使学生尽早适应临床工作。
To improve effects of surgical operation teaching and cultivate students' sense of life ethics,this paper,with the animal model of acute appendicitis as the carrier,discusses the simulation diagnosis and treatment experience of clinical surgery patients to carry out the experiment teaching activities including preoperative preparation,intraoperative operation,postoperative observation and treatment.In this way,students can improve their sense of participation and problem-solving ability in learning,enhance their professional identity and stimulate their interest in learning.This teaching method combines clinical basic skills training with the enhancement of clinical comprehensive ability to improve the effect of surgical operation teaching so that students can adapt to clinical work as soon as possible.
