选煤厂较高密度煤及重选产物密度与灰分正相关关系 被引量:4

摘要 引用淮南谢桥动力煤选煤厂无压给料三产品重介质旋流器单机检查试验数据,验证原料煤及重选产物中1.60kg/L~1.80kg/L密度级、1.80kg/L~2.10kg/L密度级以及1.60kg/L~2.10kg/L密度级的密度与灰分之间的正相关关系,并推导相应的回归方程。采用数理统计的t检验法佐证了原料煤(1.60kg/L~2.10kg/L密度级)密度与灰分的回归方程的适用性,即该回归方程亦可用于对重选产物的密度或灰分的预测计算。 The check test data of Non-pressure feeding three products heavy medium swirl single machine in Huainan Xieqiao power coal preparation plant was quotinged,the positive relationship of raw coal and gravity coal preparation product in aspects such as density of 1.60 kg/L~1.80 kg/L density grade,1.80 kg/L~2.10 kg/L density grade and 1.60 kg/L~2.10 kg/L density grade and ash content was validated,and the regression equation was conducted,using the t test method in mathematical statistics,the applicability of density and ash regression equation for relatively high density coal was verified,this equation could also be used for prediction calculation of density or ash of heavy medium preparation production.
