摘要
推进新时代基础教育改革与发展,需要明晰当前面临的主要矛盾及不平衡不充分表现,以习近平教育思想为引领,坚持扎根中国与融通中外相统一的发展理念,坚持问题引领与目标导向相结合的发展思路,坚持顶层设计与实践探索相促进的发展策略,切实办好人民满意的教育。
In order to push forward lhe reform and development of the basic education in the new times, we need lo clearly understand the main conflicts at present and aspects reflecting the imbalance and inadequacy. With Xi Jinping＇s educational thoughts as the guidance, we should adhere to the development concept of taking root in China and integrating the fine paris of foreign countries into those of China, the development idea of being guided by problems and aims and the development strategy of top-level design and practical exploration so as to develop education that satisfy the people.
