摘要
目的评价康柏西普玻璃体内注射配合激光光凝治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞性黄斑囊性水肿的疗效及对视力的影响。方法 124例(124眼)视网膜分支静脉阻塞性黄斑囊性水肿患者按随机数表法分为对照组(激光光凝治疗)和联合组(康柏西普玻璃体内注射+激光光凝治疗)各62例(62眼)。比较两组临床疗效、安全性及黄斑水肿复发性,观察两组治疗前后24周黄斑中心视网膜厚度(CMT)、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑阈值敏感度(MTS)、眼内压(IOP)变化。结果联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组;治疗后24周CMT低于对照组,BCVA、MTS高于对照组(P<0.05);两组IOP、一过性眼压升高发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论康柏西普玻璃体内注射配合激光光凝疗法治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞性黄斑囊性水肿疗效确切,能够提高视力水平,减轻黄斑囊性水肿,促进视网膜功能恢复,且安全性高、复发率低。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Compaq-Pac intravitreal injection with laser photocoagulation in the treatment of retinal vein occlusive macular cystic edema and its effect on visual acuity.Methods According to the random number table method,124 cases of patients（ 124 eyes） with retinal vein branch cystoid macular edema were divided into control and combination groups,62 eyes in each group.The control group was given laser photocoagulation therapy while the combination group was treated with intravitreal injection plus laser photocoagulation.The clinical efficacy,safety and recurrence of macular edema in both groups were statistically analyzed.The changes of macular center retinal thickness（ CMT）,best corrected visual acuity（ BCVA）,macular threshold sensitivity（ MTS） and intraocular pressure（ IOP） were observed before and after 24 weeks of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group.After 24 weeks of treatment,the CMT was lower and the BCVA and MTS were higher in the combination group than those in the control group（ all P〈0. 05）.However,there was no significant difference in IOP between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Compaq-Pac intravitreal injection with laser photocoagulation therapy in the treatment of retinal vein occlusive macular cystic edema is effective.It can improve the visual acuity,reduce the macular cystic edema and promote the retinal function recovery.It is also high safety with low recurrence rate.
