摘要
当前电网停电计划管理和执行的不规范,技术手段的应用局限导致供电可靠性管理工作开展已不能满足经济社会飞速发展对供电可靠性的需要,从计划的编制、责任制落实、带电作业技术的应用、区域检修基地的建立等管理和技术方面管控可有效提升电网供电可靠率。
The current grid power outage plan management and implementation are not standardized,and the application of technical means limits the development of power supply reliability management and can not meet the needs of rapid economic and social development of power supply reliability.From the preparation of the plan,the implementation of the responsibility system,the application of live working technology,and the establishment of the regional maintenance base,and other management and technical control can effectively improve the grid power supply reliability rate.
