摘要
加强设备状态检修管理工作,不但可以促使炼化企业提升安全生产管理水平,而且可以让炼化企业在提高设备完好率和利用率及经济效益等方面得到明显的改善。实施状态检修是搞好设备检修管理工作的一个重要抓手,它不但可以培养设备管理人员运用最新的IT技术来分析问题、解决问题的能力,而且可以夯实设备管理人员尊重知识、崇尚科学、立足于实践的工作作风,并激发他们不断创新的精神。
