摘要
本文通过对技能大赛的综合分析和总结,从人才培养模式、教学改革、将竞赛成果转化为教学资源、学生的综合能力培养、"双师型"教师队伍建设等方面阐述了技能大赛对职业教育的作用。充分说明举办职业院校技能大赛是我国职业教育工作的一项重大创新。
Through comprehensive analysis and summaries of skill competitions, this article describes the role of skills competition in vocational education from the aspects of personnel training mode, teaching reform, conversion of competition results into teaching resources,students＇ comprehensive abilities training, and the construction of ＂dual-qualified＂ teachers. It is fully explained that holding vocational college skill competition is a major innovation in China＇s vocational education.
