摘要
本文旨在运用单元生产、拉动看板、生产均衡化等技术方法,结合车间的生产实际来优化生产流程,在考虑随机需求因素波动的基础之上,建立一个基于少品种、较小批量的车间生产排产优化模型。以价值流为分析工具,研究生产线的不足之处,在发现并提出生产线存在的问题后,用看板等工具,拉动原材料厂商、车间、客户之间的物料流和信息流,达到优化排产流程、减少切换损失、降低成本、提高生产效率、缩短生产周期以及快速响应市场需求等目的。
This paper aims at the application of unit production, pull production of Kanban management and balanced production technology, combined with the actual production to optimize the production process, on the basis of considering the fluctuation of stochastic demand factors, establishing a optimized model based on the workshop production of small amount and batch. The study mainly uses value stream as the analysis tool to find deficiency in the production line, and uses other tools such as Kanban to pull the material flow and information flow between the manufacturers of raw materials, workshop and customers after puting forward the problems of the production line. In this way can we optimize the scheduling process, reducing switching losses, reducing the cost, improving the production efficiency and shortening the production cycle so as to response to market demand rapidly.
