赵庄矿3#煤层强化增透技术研究

摘要 针对赵庄矿3号煤层透气性低、抽采浓度低,瓦斯抽采达标时间长,单纯靠钻孔抽放措施效果难以满足采掘防突需求。因此,尝试在3#煤层13采区1308工作面底抽巷采取强化增透措施,主要包括水力压裂和二氧化碳爆破增透。通过实施水力压裂和二氧化碳爆破增透措施,考察了增透后的煤层的抽放效果,煤层透气性大幅增加,抽采量明显上升,提高了抽放能力,缩短了抽放达标周期,增透促抽效果显著。 Aiming at the problems of low permeability,low extraction concentration and the long gas extraction time of No.3 coal seam in zhao zhuang coal mine,just relying on the effect of borehole drainage measures is difficult to meet the demand of mine outburst prevention requirements.Therefore, Adopt measures to strengthen increase coal seam permeability on bed plate tunnel of 1308 working face in 13 mining area. Mainly includes the hydraulic fracturing and carbondioxide blasting.By implementing the measures of hydraulic fracturing and carbondioxide blasting,coal seam drainage result was investigated after increasing permeability. Coal seam permeability is greatly increased.The quantity of drainage rised significantly.Improve the ability of drainage, shorten the drainage standard cycle. The effect is remarkable.
