摘要
大型建设项目的项目种类在不断增加,在合同管理和合同谈判中还存在着一些没有解决的问题。大型建设项目的合同管理水平一直处于低下水平,需要引起高度的重视。本文针对大型建设项目的合同谈判和合同管理进行研究。
The types of projects for large-scale construction projects are increasing, and there are still some unsolved problems in contract management and contract negotiations. The contract management level of large-scale construction projects has been at a low level and needs to be highly valued. This article studies the contract negotiation and contract management of large-scale construction projects.
