DESIGN OF THE CLOUD PLATFORM SOFTWARE SYSTEM FOR THE BOILER INTERNET OF THINGS MONITORING

摘要 云平台能实时在线监测锅炉运行状况,并能对异常锅炉进行诊断与处置。为更好地构架该平台,设计了软件系统,包括上位机软件、嵌入式软件、热效率模型及通信协议。上位机软件采用B/S结构,分为采集、传输、存储、支撑、应用和表现六层次,具备在线监测、报警、数据查询、多级权限、配置管理、数据发布及微信功能;嵌入式软件模块化设计,具备参数检测、标度变换、自诊断、计算、报警、数据通信、远程配置及人机交互功能;热效率模型分为正、反平衡两模型,有固体和气(液)两种参数输入界面;通信协议规定了终端与云平台间进行数据传输的协议结构、数据类型及数据定义。目前,基于此软件系统上构架的物联网监测系统已在133台锅炉上安装使用,运行良好。 The cloud platform can monitor the operating condition of the boiler on line,and can diagnose and deal with the abnormal boiler. In order to better frame the platform,a software system has been designed,which includes host computer software,embedded software,thermal efficiency model and communication protocol. The host computer software adopted B/S structure, which was divided into six levels: collection, transmission, storage, support,application and performance. It had online monitoring, alarm, data query, multi-level permission, configuration management,data release and We Chat function. The modular design of embedded software had functions of parameter detection,scale transformation,self diagnosis,computation,alarm,data communication,remote configuration and human-machine interaction. The thermal efficiency model was divided into two models of positive and inverse equilibrium,with two input interfaces of solid and gas( liquid). The communication protocol specified the protocol structure,data type and data definition for data transmission between the terminal and the cloud platform. At present,the Internet of things monitoring system based on this software system has been installed and used in 133 boilers and runs well.
