摘要
大针茅(Stipagrandis)草原是内蒙古典型草原重要组成部分,对畜牧业的发展和生态环境有重要意义。本文通过野外实地测定,结合室内分析,对不同草地利用方式下大针茅草原建群植物大针茅的功能性状进行了研究,分析了植株高度(H)、叶片长度(LL)、叶面积(LA)、叶片碳含量(LCC)、叶片氮含量(LNC)等5个功能性状指标在不同利用方式下的差异及其相关性,旨在探讨大针茅功能性状对利用方式的响应。结果表明:与对照(CK)相比,放牧(G)与刈割(M)显著降低了大针茅的植株高度(H)(P<0.05)和叶片碳含量(LCC)(P<0.05);放牧(G)降低了大针茅的叶片面积(LA)(P<0.05),增加了大针茅的叶片氮含量(LNC)(P<0.05),导致大针茅叶片小型化及叶片氮素富集。并且,放牧(G)与刈割(M)使得大针茅叶片长度(LL)与叶片面积(LA)间的显著强正相关性(P<0.05)变得不显著正相关或负相关(P>0.05)。
Stipagrandis grassland is an important part of the typical grassland in Inner Mongolia.iIt has great significance for the development of animal husbandry and its ecological environment.In this paper,field experiments were conducted to study the functional traits of Stipagrandis plantation in Stipagrandis steppe grasslands under different grassland use methods.The effects of plant height(H),leaf length(LL),leaf area(LA),leaf carbon content(LCC)and leaf nitrogen content(LNC)in different ways of utilization were studied in order to explore the response of functional traits of Stipagrandis to the utilization patterns.The results showed that grazing(G)and mowing(M)significantly reduced plant height(H)(P〈0.05)and leaf carbon content(LCC)of Stipagrandis compared with CK(P〈0.05);Grazing(G)reduced LA(P〈0.05)and increased LNC(P〈0.05),which led to miniaturization and leaf nitrogen enriched.Moreover,there was no significant positive correlation or negative correlation between grazing(G)and mowing(M)for the significant positive correlation(P 0.05)between S.grandis leaf length and leaf area(P〉0.05).
