摘要
城市高层建筑爆破,普遍存在周边环境复杂、紧邻城市主干道和居民区等问题,而框剪结构建筑拆除,由于其结构稳固,支撑点多且不规则,所以如何保证楼房顺利倒塌,又避免对周边设施造成破坏,是工程考虑的重点。某待拆框剪结构楼房,三面与周边民房紧邻,必须确保倒塌时不后坐、不偏移。施工过程中,通过预处理将其分割成独立的两部分,严格计算爆破参数,充分考虑爆破高度和爆破缺口,合理控制延时,保证爆破参数和爆破网路的可靠性,确保按预定方式倒塌。
The blasting of high-rise buildings in the city is generally troubled by the complicated surrounding environment, closeness to the main roads and residential areas, etc. For the demolition of the frame-shear structure, due to its stable structure and many irregular support points, how to ensure the smooth collapse of the building and avoid the destruction to surrounding facilities is the focus of engineering considerations. The frame-shear structure to be demolished is adjacent to the surrounding residential houses on three sides;it must be ensured that there is no backseat or offset during collapse. During the construction process, it is divided into two independent parts by pre-processing, and the blasting parameters are calculated strictly, the blasting height and gap arefully considered,and delays are reasonably controlled to ensurereliability of blasting parameters and the blasting network, so that it will collapse in a predetermined manner.
