摘要 为了制备稳定悬浮的高固含量α-Al_2O_3浆料以制备氧化铝陶瓷,采用1.5μm的α-Al_2O_3微粉为原料,氧化改性淀粉为结合剂,分别采用超分散剂HC323(磺酸盐、丙烯酸、丙烯酸酯和磷酸组成的四元共聚物)以及传统分散剂HC101(聚乙二醇1000)和HC202(主成分为六偏磷酸钠)制备固相体积分数50%的α-Al_2O_3浆料,并采用凝胶注模成型为氧化铝坯体,研究了分散剂种类及HC323加入量(质量分数分别为0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%和2.5%)、球磨时间(2、4、6、8、10、12和14 h)、pH对浆料的流变性和氧化铝坯体经1 650℃烧后性能的影响。结果表明:1)HC323作为一种四元共聚物的超分散剂,在α-Al_2O_3分散体系中可使浆料呈现较好的悬浮稳定性,当其加入量为1.5%(w)时,浆料的流动性和稳定性最佳;同时该分散剂的作用发挥受浆料体系中p H变化的影响,其适用的p H为9.5~10。2)球磨时间对加入分散剂HC323的α-Al_2O_3浆料会产生一定的影响,当球磨时间8 h时,表观黏度最小,坯体的表观相对密度为2.39 g·cm^(-3),孔隙率为27.19%。 This work aims at preparing stable α-Al2O3 suspension slurry with high solid content for alumina ceramics, α-Al2O3 suspension slurries with 50% solid content by volume were prepared using α-Al2O3 micropowder (1.5 μm) as the starting material,oxide modified starches as the binder,hyperdispersant HC323 (quaternary copolymer of sulfosalt, acroleic acid, acrylate, and phosphoric acid), conventional dispersant HC101 (polyethylene glycol 1000),and conventional dispersant HC202 (main composition of sodium hexam- etaphosphate) as the dispersant, respectively. Alumina green specimens were then prepared through gel casting. The effects of the dispersant types,the additions of HC323 (0.5% ,1.0% ,1.5% ,2.0% ,and 2.5% by mass) ,the ball milling time (2,4,6,8,10,12,and 14 h) and pH value on the rheological property of the slur- ries and the properties of the α-alumina specimens fired at 1 650 ℃ were studied. The results show that (1) as a quaternary copolymer hyperdispersant HC323 endows the alumina slurry with good suspension stablility; with 1.5 mass% HC323,the slurry has the best rheological property and stability; the slurry pH value in- fluences the dispersing effect and the optimum pH value is 9.5 -10;(2)the ball milling time affects the dispersion of the α-Al2O3 slurry with HC323 to some extent;when the ball milling time is 8 h,the slurry has the lowest apparent viscosity and the specimen has relative density of 2.39 g·cm^-3 and porosity of 27.19%.
