摘要
在线付费知识产品是近年来基于网上知识付费现象而衍生出来的,代表了互联网经济时代一种新的快速发展的经济形式。此类现象及其概念边界仍然在快速演变之中,但在对现有产品归纳后发现,其基本交易模式可以通过内容生产者、平台运营者、产品消费者三方关系来刻画,结合实际运作,大体包括平台自营、平台用户以及平台—用户合作三种生产模式。在此基础上,讨论该产品生产主体的部门归属以及不同生产模式下产品产出理论上的核算方法;结合当前中国GDP核算实务,考察该产品的生产对GDP总量和结构的影响,得到的结论是:当前的GDP核算尚没有对此类在线付费知识产品做出足够的"反应",导致其中一部分生产活动会被核算所遗漏,另一部分虽然会被核算覆盖,但是不能正确归入对应的行业类别。由此导致的后果是,这类典型的新经济活动产出无法得到完整的核算,并由此影响到其对经济增长贡献的评价。
The online knowledge payment products have been derived from the phenomenon of online knowledge payment in recent years and represent a new rapid economic development in the era of Internet economy.This phenomena and the conceptual boundaries are still rapidly evolving.After summarizing existing products,the basic transaction model can be characterized by tripartite relationships between content producers,platform operators,and product consumers.Combined with the actual situation,there are three production models can be found：self-operation model,platform users model,and platform-user cooperation model.Then,the paper discusses the division of the various production entities and the calculation methods of the output of the knowledge products under each production model.Finally,in combination with the current practice of China＇s GDP accounting,the impact of this product on the gross and structure of GDP is examined.The conclusion is that the current GDP accounting has not yet made enough ＂response＂ to this kind of online payment knowledge product,resulting in a part of the production activities will be omitted by the accounting,and the other part will be covered by the accounting but it will not be classified into the corresponding industry category.The consequence is that the output of this new activity cannot be fully accounted,and thus affects its evaluation of the contribution to economic growth.
