摘要
为了弄清配重吊杆支撑桁架裂纹发生的原因,进行了组成、拉伸性能、冲击韧性和柱材料的宏观硬度等实验研究。基于有限的结果元素分析(FEA)和实验分析可以得出结论:裂纹是由"机构设计"缺陷造成的。重新设计解决方案实现了在现场条件下的修复和重建,在正常工作条件下重建柱的应力状态的实验分析和结果无故障的开发已经证实了重建设计的有效性。
In order to find out the cause of the crack of counterweight arm support frame, the composition, tensile properties, impact toughness and macrohardness of the column material were studied. Based on finite result element analysis(FEA) and experimental analysis, it can be concluded that the crack is caused by "mechanism design" defect.Experimental analysis and results of stress state of reconstructed columns under normal working conditions Fault development has proved the effectiveness of the reconstruction design.
