摘要 集控中心计算机监控系统与电站计算机监控系统和电网调度数据通信可靠与否、功能是否完善,关系到集控中心成败。本文针对五凌集控计算机监控系统远程通信实际可靠性需要,研究和开发了与电站和调度多机集群通信软件,根据集控功能需要,扩展了IEC60870-5-104规约,实现电站操作命令返送集控、数据插送、数据补传、计划曲线上送及下达,有效提高了集控通信可靠性,对于其他集控中心计算机监控系统有一定借鉴意义。 The successful operation of a centralized control center depends on the reliability and complete functions of data communication between the computer supervision and control system of the centralized control center and the computer supervision and control system of a power station and the power grid dispatching center. This paper describes the research and development of multi-computer trunk communication with power station and dispatching center based on the actual reliability requirements of remote communication of computer supervision and control system at Wuling centralized control center, and describes the extension of the IEC60870-5-104 protocol based on centralized control function requirements. In this way, the following functions are realized: transmission of operation commands from a power station to a centralized control center, data insertion and transmission, supplementary data transmission, transmission and distribution of planning curves, thereby effectively improving the communication reliability of centralized control center, and providing certain reference for the computer supervision and control systems of other centralized control centers.
