摘要
基于ANSYS/LSDYNA有限元显式动力分析软件,模拟抛光时的运动状态,改变聚氨酯材料抛光丝的弹性模量进行多次仿真计算,分析不同弹性模量的聚氨酯抛光丝对抛光时玻璃表面应力和波动率的影响大小。分析结果表明:在弹性模量为30 MPa的条件下,不仅波动率较小,且能产生较高的应力,进而产生较高的材料去除率。
By taking the advantage of the ANSYS/LSDYNA finite element explicit dynamic analysis software, the running state is simulated and simulation calculation is carried out for many times by changing the elastic modulus of polyurethane polishing wire. Effect of polyurethane polishing wire with different elastic modulus on surface stress and fluctuation when glass is being polished is discussed. Analysis results show that under the condition of elastic modulus of 30MPa, not only the fluctuation rate is less, but also the stress is higher, and the material removal rate appears higher.
