摘要
通过对皮带机运行过程中常见的故障及原因进行分析,针对不同故障设计了不同的监测预防方案,基于此建立了皮带机安全监测系统功能框架图,以实现皮带机安全运行。
This paper analyzed the common faults and causes in the operation of belt conveyors and designed different monitoring and prevention schemes for different faults. Based on this, a functional frame diagram for safety monitoring system of belt conveyors was established to realize safe operation in belt conveyors.
