火针选择性去神经化联合体外冲击波治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察火针选择性去神经化联合体外冲击波治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效,为中西医结合治疗膝骨关节炎提供理论依据。方法:将80例膝骨关节炎的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用火针去神经化联合体外冲击波治疗,对照组单纯口服美洛昔康片治疗,评价治疗前、治疗3周及治疗结束1个月后WOMAC评分及HSS评分,并记录是否有不良反应发生。结果:治疗组和对照组在WOMAC评分和HSS评分方面治疗后较治疗前比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且治疗组明显优于对照组,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:火针选择性去神经化联合体外冲击波治疗在改善膝关节活动范围、缓解疼痛等方面疗效确切且无严重并发症,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of knee ostarthritis on the method of fire needles high selectivity in denervation combined with extracorporeal shock wave and to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of knee ostarthritis by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with fire needle denervation combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy. The control group was treated with meroxicam tablets. WOMAC score and HSS score were evaluated before treatment,3 weeks after treatment and 1 month after treatment,and adverse reactions were recorded. Results: The WOMAC score and HSS score of the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant after treatment(P 0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the two groups were statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion: Fire needle selective denervation combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy is effective in improving the range of motion of the knee joint and relieving pain without serious complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
