摘要
目的:观察格鲁玛脱敏剂治疗冠桥活髓基牙预备后牙本质过敏患者的效果。方法:选择78例(共176颗活髓基牙)行冠桥活髓基牙预备的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各39例。对照组给予临时冠处理,观察组给予格鲁玛脱敏剂处理。比较两组治疗后的脱敏效果、探针刺激和空气压力刺激后牙本质过敏情况(VAS评分法)。结果:治疗后观察组在探针刺激和空气压力刺激后的VAS值明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为92.3%(36/39),明显高于对照组的74.4%(29/39),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:格鲁玛脱敏剂治疗冠桥活髓基牙预备后牙本质过敏患者的效果优于临时冠处理效果。
Objective To observe effects of Gluma desensitization agent on dentin hypersensitivity after preparation of crownbridge vital pulp abutment. Methods： A total of 78 patients （176 living pulp base teeth） were selected as the subjects for preparation of crown bridge vital pulp abutment. According to the random number table method, these patients were divided into control group （n= 39） and observation group （n = 39）. The control group was given a temporary crown treatment, while the observation group was trea-ted with Gluma desensitizer. The desensitization effect, probe stimulation and dentin hypersensitivity after air pressure stimulation （VAS score） were compared between the two groups. Results： After the treatment, the VAS values of the observation group were sig-nificantly lower than those of the control group after probe stimulation and air pressure stimulation, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 92. 3% （36 / 39）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 74. 4% （29 / 39）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The effect of Gluma desensitizer on the patients with dentine hypersensitivity after c preparation of crown bridge vital pulp abutment is better than temporary crown treatment.
