摘要
疏花水柏枝是三峡大坝蓄水后唯一被全部淹没的库区特有植物,需要经过迁地保护提供物种生存繁衍的场所。试验采取不同激素种类、植物激素浓度对比扦插试验,结果表明:采用河沙∶珍珠岩∶塘泥∶泥碳土1∶1∶1∶1比例的扦插基质,配置IBA 100倍液、400倍液、200倍液处理,生根率均达到96%以上,苗木长势较好。
Myricaria laxiflora is the only plant in the reservoir area that is completely submerged after the Sanxia dam impounded, it need to be relocated to provide a place for species to survive and reproduce. Different hormone types and plant hormone concentrations were used for cutting contrast, the results show that： The ratio of river sand, pearlite, tangmud and clay is 1∶1∶1∶1, configuration IBA 100 times liquid, and 400 times liquid, and 200 times liquid processing, the rooting rate of above 96%, the seedling is growing well.
