摘要
随着城市建设的推进,城市人口和房屋的规模越来越大,传统的基于业务系统的出租房屋信息管理系统已不能满足当前人口和出租屋的管理。本文提出基于云的出租屋综合管理信息系统地理信息平台,基于云的存储技术、基于云计算的数据分析技术、基于栅格形式的GIS技术,采用"以图管人"的方式,使出租屋管理的模式发生巨大的改变,能有力地提高各层管理人员的参与度和管理效率,为城市居民和政府职能部门提供更深层次的服务和应用。
With the rapid process of urbanization,the urban population and building is more and more big. However,the traditional house-renting information management system based on business system cannot meet the current situation. In this paper,we propose a house-renting information management system geographic information platform based on Cloud theory. The system will use the method of managing by figure,the cloud storage technology,the data analysis technology based on cloud computing,the GIS technology based on grid data. The above innovation will bring great change to the model of house-renting management,and strengthen the participation of all managers and the management efficiency. Finally the changes will provide deeper level services and applications for urban residents and government functions.
