摘要
互联网的快速发展,一方面产生了大量数据,另一方面也不可避免地增加了数据滥用的风险。多年来,学者们围绕数据质量开展了大量研究,却对数据可用性问题关注不够。本文根据地理空间数据的特点,提出了数据可用性的评价指标,建立了基于层析分析法与专家排序法的评价方法,并对交通道路数据及其对应的网络信息进行了整合、分析与评价。结果表明,该方法能够较好地评估基于Web集成的地理空间数据的可用性,从而有利于进一步判断利用该数据进行分析后所得结果的可信度,为数据应用奠定基础。
The rapid development of the Internet generates heterogeneous data and increases the risks of geospatial data misuse. Over the years,scholars have made great researches on the data quality,yet not sufficient attention to data usability issues. This paper proposes the data usability indicators based on the characteristics of geospatial data,establishes the evaluation method based on the analytic hierarchy process and expert ranking method,integrates,analyzes and evaluates the road traffic data and its corresponding network information. The results demonstrate that the method can effectively evaluate the usability of geospatial data based on Web integration. And this results will be propitious to determine the reliability of data analysis and laying the foundation for data applications.
