摘要
课程建设水平直接关系到高校人才培养质量,而课程评估是推动课程建设、提升人才培养质量的重要途径。在本科教学审核评估中发现,课程教学方面存在部分课程师资不足、教学目标不清晰、教学方法单一、课堂气氛沉闷、考核评价对能力考量偏弱等普遍性问题。城市型、应用型大学在本科课程建设方面具有注重教师的"双师"素质、强调基础理论教学与实践应用的相互融合、强调应用能力培养、注重对学生能力的评价等特点,特提出在城市型、应用型大学本科课程评估方案设计过程中,重点要将审核评估的"学生中心、成果导向、持续改进"理念贯穿到课程评估全过程,将审核评估中考察的"五度"落实在课程评估中,并从课程教学目标及课程大纲、课程师资、课程教学过程、课程考核及教学效果、课程的持续改进等五大方面对课程评估指标体系进行重点分析。
The level of curriculum construction is directly related to the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,and curriculum evaluation is an important way to promote curriculum construction and improve the quality of talent cultivation. In the assessment of undergraduate teaching,it is found that there are some common problems such as lack of teachers in some courses,unclear teaching objectives,single teaching methods,dull classrooms,weak assessment of ability,and so on. City-based,application-oriented universities pay attention to teachers' "Double Quality"in the construction of undergraduate courses,emphasizing the integration of basic theoretical teaching and practical application,application ability cultivation as well as the evaluation of students' ability. In the design process of the undergraduate course evaluation scheme of city-based,application-oriented universities,the emphasis should be put on the concept of "student centered,outcome oriented and continuous improvement" in the whole process of curriculum evaluation,and the "Five Degrees " in the review and assessment will be implemented in the curriculum evaluation. In addition,the curriculum evaluation index system has been analyzed with emphasis on five aspects including teaching objectives and syllabuses,curriculum teacher resource,course teaching process,course assessment,teaching effect and continuous improvement of the course.
