摘要
针对捣固焦炉装煤除尘运行过程中吸力低、烟气燃烧不完全等情况,通过降低管线阻力、减少漏气点、焚烧炉优化设计改进等措施,提高了装煤烟气捕集率和除尘效果,实现了装煤除尘的达标排放。
Aiming at the conditions of low suction and incomplete combustion in the operation process of thecoal loading and dust removal in the tamping coke oven, by reducing the resistance of the pipeline, reducing the leakage point and improving the design of the incinerator, the capture rate of coal gas and the effectof dust removal are improved, and the discharge of the coal dust is achieved.
