基于透过率场分布的推进剂羽流烟雾面积测试方法 被引量:2

摘要 为表征推进剂装药羽流烟雾的空间分布特征,提出了一种基于烟雾透过率分布的烟雾面积测试方法,即将火药装药燃烧流场烟雾的光学特性(透过率)与烟雾的物理特性(面积参数)同步进行测量,进而分析基于透过率的羽流烟雾分布区域的空间及时域特性。首先利用图像传感器对光学背景板前方的羽流烟雾图像进行采集,然后计算测试区域的烟雾透过率场分布,最后以特定透过率区间作为烟雾区域的判别条件,提取烟雾区域并计算烟雾区域面积;对Al-CMDB推进剂装药羽流烟雾在工作后0.6~2.5s内的烟雾分布面积特性进行了分析。结果表明,透过率区间在[0,30%]的烟雾区域在测试区域中部的烟雾面积明显大于左、右两个区域;在发动机开始工作后0.60~0.76s内,透过率在[30%,70%]区间的烟雾区域面积明显大于其他两个透过率区间的面积;在0.76s之后,透过率在[70%,100%]区间的烟雾面积逐步增大;在1.6s后不存在透过率小于70%的烟雾区域。该方法可有效测试特定透过率区间内的羽流烟雾空间分布以及其面积随时间变化的特性,也可用于发射药身管武器膛口烟雾面积特性分析。 To characterize the spatial distribution characteristics of plulne smoke of propellant charge, a smoke area ineasurement method based on smoke transmittance distribution was proposed. The opitcal property (transmittance) arid space characteristic (area) were ineasured simultaneously arid analyzed. First, the plume smoke images in the front of optical background plate were collected by image sensor. Then the transmittance field distribution in the test area was calculated. Finally, the specific transmittance interval is used as the discriminative condition of the smoke region arid the area of slnoke region was extracted arid the area of smoke region was calculated. The slnoke distribu tion area characteristics of plulne slnoke of Al CMDB propellant charge during 0.6 2.5 s after working was aria lyzed. The results show that the smoke area of translnittance in the [0,30%] interval in the iniddle of the test area is bigger than that of left region and right region. In0. 60-0.76safterthestartoftheenginework, the slnoke area of transmittance in the [30% ,70%] interval is obviously bigger than that of other two translnittance intervals; after 0.76s, the slnoke area of translnittance in the [70% ,100%interval is gradually increased. After 1. 6s, there is rio smoke area with the transmittance of less than 70%. This inethod can effectively test the spatial distribution of plume smoke in the range of specific transmittance arid the characteristics of its area with time change, It can also be used to analyze the smoke area characteristics of the inuzzle of the gun propellant barrel weapon,
