提高重庆电网AVC投切电容器组成功率的措施探讨 被引量:7

摘要 自动电压控制(AVC)系统对电力系统变压器的档位进行调节,对电容器、并联电抗器等无功设备进行投切,确保主变档位调节次数最少,电容器、并联电抗器投切最合理,实现电压合格、电网网损最小的综合目标。本文介绍了重庆电网AVC系统的建设情况、主要控制策略,以及闭锁信号设置原则,从电容器组开关故障、电容器组配置情况,以及AVC控制策略3个方面对AVC投切电容器组不成功的原因进行了分析,最后提出了提高AVC投切电容器组成功率的几点措施。 Automatic voltage control(AVC) system is used to adjust tap of power system transformer,to switch such reactive power equipment as capacitor and shunt reactor so to assure the minimum tap adjustment number,the most reasonable switching of capacitor and shunt reactor and achieve such overall object as qualified voltage and minimum grid loss. In this paper, the construction of AVC system for Chongqing grid, main control strategy and the setting principle of lock signal is introduced, and the reason of unsuccessful switching of capacitor bank by AVC is analyzed from such three aspects as switching fault of capacitor bank,allocation of capacitor bank and control strategy of AVC. Finally,some measures on improving the successful rate of capacitor rate by AVC are proposed.
