摘要
麻风是重要的公共卫生问题,浙江省于1995年达到基本消灭麻风的目标,麻风疫情进入低流行水平。当前的麻风防治目标已由"基本消灭"向"消除危害"转变,浙江省麻风防治工作遵循国际和国内一系列防控策略和方针,通过建立可疑症状监测系统、完善防治网络、稳定防治队伍和加强健康教育等措施,力争尽早实现消除麻风危害的目标。本文对浙江省低流行状态下麻风防治工作进行分析,对当前的防控策略和防治措施进行评价,并针对存在的问题和防控需求提出建议,为浙江省麻风防控提供参考。
Leprosy is a significant public health issue. Zhejiang province achieved the goal of eliminating leprosy in 1995,then the leprosy has been staying in a low prevalence state. Currently, the control target is elimination of leprosy harm.Zhejiang, foll owing a series of international and domestic strategy and policy, tries to achieve the goal of elimination of leprosy harm as soon as possible by implementing leprosy suspicious symptom surveillance system, establishing control network, stabilizing control stuff and strengthening popular science propaganda. This article describes analysis the comprehensive prevention and control in Zhejiang,evaluates the control strategy and measure of leprosy elimination,and puts forward some suggestions on existing problem and control demanding,which will provide reference for future policy making.
