摘要
阐述高扬程塔式起重机用钢丝绳技术条件,应首选不旋转钢丝绳。通过对比5种不同结构钢丝绳的抗旋转特性,结构为35W×7类抗旋转性能较好,指出应按相关规定选择钢丝绳捻向、规格及强度级别:钢丝绳捻向通常为交互捻,根据塔式起重机的轮槽半径、提升质量等参数确定钢丝绳规格和强度级别。提出钢丝绳在安装、使用过程中的建议,以确保钢丝绳正常使用,发挥其最佳使用效能。
To illustrate technical specification of wire rope for high lift tower crane,the first choice is anti-rotation wire rope. The anti rotation performance of five different structure is compared,the structure 35 W × 7 type wire rope has better anti rotation performance,it is pointed out that to select wire rope lay direction,size and tensile grade according to relevant regulation. Wire rope lay direction is usually regular lay,wire rope size and tensile grade are decided according to the parameters of groove radius and lifting weight etc. Suggestion in process of wire rope installation and use is propesed,to ensure wire rope in normal use,play its best application performance.
