摘要
制备Ca修饰的Ni/MgO-Al_2O_3催化剂,将其用于丙酮气相一步法合成甲基异丁基酮反应.基于BET、XRD、H_2-TPR、CO_2-TPD等表征结果,探讨Ca的掺入对催化剂物性及结构的影响.考察反应温度、氢酮摩尔比、液空速等工艺条件对反应的转化率和选择性的影响.实验结果表明:掺入的Ca融入MgO晶格,形成新的强碱中心,相比于未掺杂的催化剂提高了丙酮转化率以及催化剂的稳定性,但MIBK选择性变化不大.在反应温度为120℃、氢酮摩尔比为1∶1、液空速为4.8m L/(g·h)时,丙酮的转化率达到63.81%,MIBK的选择性达到61.39%.
Ca-modified Ni/MgO-Al2O3 catalyst was prepared and used for vapor-phase condensation of acetone to methyl iso-butyl ketone( MIBK). The prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD,BET,H2-TPR and CO2-TPD,and the effects of Ca on the structure and properties of the catalyst were discussed. It is shown that Ca^2+merged into the lattice of Mg O,forming newstrong basic sites. Compared with the non-modified catalyst,Ca-modified catalyst exhibits higher acetone conversion and stability,while the similar with MIBK selectivity. When the reaction temperature is 120 ℃,H2/acetone molar ratio is 1 and the liquid space velocity is 4. 8 mL/( g·h),the acetone conversion reaches 63. 81 % and the MIBK selectivity is 61. 38 %.
