摘要
宝清县地处黑龙江省东部,三江平原腹地,是全国13个大型煤炭基地和7大煤化工产业区之一,是黑龙江省东部煤电化基地核心区和省级循环经济示范基地。本文从资源储量、褐煤品质、水力资源、煤化工政策、交通运输和产品市场前景等方面分析发展煤化工项目的潜力,确定宝清适宜建设大中型现代煤化工项目。
Baoqing County,located in the east of Heilongjiang province and the hinterland of Sanjiang plain,is one of the 13 large coal bases in the country and one of the 7 major coal chemical industrial zones. It is the core area of the coal electrification base in the east of Heilongjiang province and the provincial circular economy demonstration base. This paper analyzes the potential of developing coal chemical project from the aspects of resources reserves,lignite quality,hydraulic resources,coal chemical policy,transportation and product market prospects,and determines the suitable construction of large and medium-sized modern coal chemical project in Baoqing.
