杏核开口特性分析

摘要 目前开口杏核的开口工序主要依靠人工完成.手工开口不但破壳概率较高、效率低下,而且杏核的卫生和品质也得不到保障,还对从业人员的身体健康带来不利影响.因此本文通过对多种杏核进行开口试验,分析影响杏核开口过程中壳体变形与受力的因素,得到不同条件下杏核的开口物理特性,最终得到杏核的最佳开口条件,为设计制造杏核开口设备提供参考支撑. The opening process of apricot kernel is mainly done manually.The manual opening not only has higher probability of breaking the shell and low efficiency,but also the health and quality of the apricot kernel can not be guaranteed,and it also has adverse effects on the health of the employees.Therefore,through the opening test of various apricot kernel,the factors affecting the deformation and force of the shell during the opening of the apricot are analyzed.The opening physical characteristics of the apricot kernel under different conditions are obtained,and the best opening condition of the apricot kernel is finally obtained,which provides the reference for the design and manufacture of opening equipment of apricot kernel.
