将4日龄泥鳅仔鱼养殖在32m^2的水泥池中,A组采用传统的肥水下塘,即在放苗之前先施肥,培养饵料生物;B组清水下塘,即放养泥鳅仔鱼前不施肥,保持水质清澈,配套水泥池培养饵料生物(施肥方式同A组),研究了两种不同培育模式对泥鳅仔稚鱼生长、生长离散及成活率的影响。32d饲养结果显示,两种放养模式下泥鳅仔稚鱼生长速度均较快;泥鳅仔鱼体质量(m)与全长(L)之间的幂函数关系式为m=0.0674 L^(2.2644)(r^2=0.9888);全长、体质量与日龄(t)之间的指数函数关系式分别为L=1.8208e^(0.0878t)(r^2=0.9471)和m=0.1257e^(0.2219t)(r^2=0.8962);两组全长变异系数均为10,生长的离散程度均较高;B组成活率为(54.85±6.09)%,显著高于A组的(15.68±3.36)%,试验结果表明,清水下塘效果较好。
Four days after hatch(DAH)larvae of oriental weather loach Misgurnus anguillicaudatus were stocked in six tanks of each 32 m^2,and the six tanks were randomly divided into two groups(A and B).The water in group A was fertile by applying fertilizer in order to culture live food,while the water in group B was clear,in which the live food applied for the fish in group B was collected from other fertile tanks.The growth,growth dispersion and survival were measured to assess influence of water quality on growth and survival of the oriental weather loach larvae.In the 32 day rearing trial,the good growth performance was observed both in group A and Group B.The best model for total length(L)-body weight(m)relationship according to curve estimate was power with a regression equation of m=0.0674 L^(2.2644)(r^2=0.9888).Both the best model for relationship of body weight(m)to days post hatch(t)and relationship of total length(L)to days post hatch were exponent with regression equations of L=1.8208 e^(0.0878 t)(r^2=0.9471)and m=0.1257 e^(0.2219 t)(r^2=0.8962),respectively.A high level of growth dispersion was found both in group A and group B with the CVTLvalues of around 10,which may be attributed to sexual dimorphism in growth.The survival rate of oriental weather loach larvae was shown to be significantly higher in group B [(54.85±6.09)%]than that in group A[(15.68±3.36)%],suggesting that clear water was more feasible for oriental weather loach larviculture.
