虚拟装配技术在起重机产品中的应用

摘要 详细阐述了运用模块化、参数化的建模方法建立桥式起重机产品三维模型,使用虚拟装配技术模拟产品的预装配过程、润滑管路布置以及电气走线布置,尽早发现设计的不合理之处,对提高起重机产品的质量、缩短生产周期、降低生产成本有着重要的实际意义。 By modularity methods of modularization and parametrization, 3-D module has been built on EOT crane in this paper. Assembly-simulation technology shall be used for analog of pre-assembly, lubrication piping and electrics configuration, in order to detect inappropriate design as earliest as possible, which is significant, and practical to improve quality of crane equipment while shorten production period and reduce cost.
