摘要
迪拜政府对位于野生动物保护区内的哈斯彦电站海工项目施工作业提出了极高的环保要求,项目团队对当地政府的各项环保承诺是该项目开工许可获批的前提条件。阐述了以下问题:在项目属地周边无类似经验可供参考的情况下,从项目勘察设计到施工阶段,如何积极探索并有效解决各类环境和生态保护方面的问题,并最终从当地政府获取CEMP等相关环保文件的批复;以及在该项目开工前和施工过程中,如何实施迪拜政府要求的各项环保措施。
Dubai Hassyan power station jetty and GRP intake and outfall pipeline EPC project,lies in Jebel Ali Wildlife Sanctuary（ JAWS）, and Dubai Government raises a very high and unique environmental protection standard for construction within this sensitive ecological area. The environmental protection commitment that could satisfy Dubai Government is one of key pre-conditions that decides whether the permission to start the project was granted.The following questions are explained： in the case that there is no similar experience around the project territory for reference,from the project survey and design to the construction phase,we actively explore and solve the problems of the various environmental and ecological protection,and ultimately obtain CEMP related environmental protection documents of approval from the local government. And how we implement the environmental protection measures required by the Dubai government before and during the construction of the project.
