摘要
目的 探究4441护理模式在腹部无切口腹腔镜直肠癌经肛门切除套入式吻合术围术期的应用效果.方法 将本院2015年1月至2017年11月收治的90例直肠癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例.对照组常规护理,观察组予以4441护理模式,比较分析两组手术情况、肛门功能恢复正常率、并发症发生率、患者满意度.结果 观察组切口愈合时间、首次排气时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组（均P＜0.05）;观察组肛门功能恢复正常率及患者满意度均显著高于对照组,而并发症发生率显著低于对照组（均P＜ 0.05）.结论 4441护理模式在腹部无切口腹腔镜直肠癌经肛门切除套入式吻合术围术期的应用效果显著.
Objective To explore the effect of the application of＂4441＂ nursing mode in peri-operative laparoscopic transanal resection and sleeve anastomosis for rectal cancer.Methods 90 patients with rectal cancer admitted into our hospital from January,2015 to November,2017 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,45 for each group.The control group were routinely cared;and the observation group were given ＂4441＂ nursing mode.The operation conditions,the rate of anal function recovery,the incidence of complications,and patients＇ satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results The healing time of incisional wound,the time for first exhaustion,and the hospitalization time were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group （all P 〈 0.05）.The rate of anal function recovery and patients＇ satisfaction were significantly higher and the incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （all P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Application of＂4441＂ nursing mode in peri-operative laparoscopic transanal resection and sleeve anastomosis for rectal cancer is effective.
