摘要
中国现代女性步入职业之路漫长而艰难,丁玲《梦珂》和张爱玲《沉香屑第一炉香》较早地探讨了刚走出校门的民国女生面对职业选择时的困境。从梦珂的被逼沉沦到薇龙的自甘堕落,反映了时代思潮的渐变及民国知识女性生存与求职的艰难。这既是女作家个人坎坷求职经历的艺术投射,也与当时社会文化风气及政府法律条文对女性职业的漠视或限制、以及女性个体自身的人性缺陷等有关。因此,这两篇作品体现了女作家们对于女性生存境遇、人生命运及职业出路的深切关注与思考,蕴含了丰富的社会历史信息和性别文化内涵,值得重视和深究。
It is a very long and difficult road for modern Chinese women to develop their own career. Chinese women writers Ding Ling＇s Mengke and Zhang Ailing＇s The First Stove Incense discussed the dilemma of female students who had just come out of school to face their career choice. It reflects the gradual change of the zeitgeist and the intellectual women＇s struggle for the survival and job-hunting in the Republic of China from the stories of Mengke and Wei Long, which is the artistic reflection of the female writers＇ personal frustrations. It is also related to the social and cultural climate and the government＇s legal provisions on women＇s professional indifference or restriction, and the female individuals＇ weaknesses. Hence the two works reflect the female writers＇ deep attention and thinking for women＇s living circumstances, life destiny and career development, containing abundant social and historical information and gender cultural connotation, which is worthy of attention and research.
