摘要
目的探讨红景天对非增生型糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)闪光视网膜电图(F-ERG)的影响。方法 101例NPDR患者(均为双眼)随机分为两组,红景天组53例(106只眼),予口服红景天水煎液;对照组48例(96只眼),予口服羟苯磺酸钙胶囊,均治疗3个月。观察两组治疗前后F-ERG各项参数指标的变化情况,并进行组间比较。结果红景天组治疗后,视杆细胞反应b波振幅增加;最大混合反应a波振幅增加、潜伏期缩短;视锥细胞反应b波振幅增加、潜伏期缩短,a波振幅增加;30 Hz闪烁光反应振幅、振荡电位(OPs)总振幅增加(P<0.05)。对照组组治疗后,最大混合反应a波振幅增加;视锥细胞反应的b波振幅增加、潜伏期缩短,a波振幅增加(P<0.05)。两组间比较,最大混合反应和明适应a波振幅的变化量、30 Hz闪烁光反应的振幅和峰间时变化量、OPs总振幅的变化值,存在统计学意义的差异(P<0.05),红景天组改善情况好于对照组。结论口服红景天可以使NPDR眼部分F-ERG反应波的振幅增加,时值缩短,波形好转程度好于口服羟苯磺酸钙,提示红景天对NPDR眼光感受器细胞功能和视网膜循环障碍有一定改善作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the impact of herba rhodiola on flash electroretinogram(F-ERG) of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR) patients. METHODS A total of 101 case of NPDR patients were randomly assigned into herba rhodiola(HR) group(53 cases, 106 eyes)which were treated with herba rhodiola, and control group(48 cases, 96 eyes) which were treated with calcium dobesilate. All patients were treated for 3 months. To observe the changes of every F-ERG parameters, they were tested before and after treatments. And they were compared between groups. RESULTS After treated with rhodiola, wave B amplitude of rod photoreceptor cell increased. The maximum responsed amplitude and latency shortened in dark adaptation. For cone cell, the amplitude of A and B wave increased, and the latency shortened in light adaptation. The amplitude of 30 Hz flick photoreaction and the total wavelet amplitudes of OPs increased. And there was significant variation after treatment(P〈0.05). In control group, the amplitude of A wavelet in the maximal combined reaction increased. The amplitude of B wavelet of cone cells increased,and the latent period shorten in light adaption. The amplitude of A wavelet increased, there were significant differences too(P〈0.05). Comparison between the two groups showed that, the variation of the A wavelet amplitude in the maximal combined reaction of dark adaption, the variation of amplitude of 30 Hz flick photoreaction and variation of peak time and the variation of OPs were of statistical difference(P〈0.05). In other words, herba rhodiola group received better effects. CONCLUSIONS Herba rhodiolae improved F-ERC of NPDR patients to certain extent. Herba rhodiola was better than calcium dobesilate in F-ERG improvement. The change of F-ERG indicated that herba rhodiola improved the function of photoreceptor cells and improved retinal circulation disorder.
