摘要
目的观察眼舒颗粒内服联合复方樟柳碱穴位注射治疗特发性眼睑痉挛的临床疗效。方法特发性眼睑痉挛患者62例(70只眼随机分为两组,对照组31例(34只眼)采用复方樟柳碱注射液行眼眶周围穴位注射;观察组31例(36只眼)在对照组治疗基础上加服眼舒颗粒。14 d为1个疗程,痊愈者终止治疗;好转或未愈者,休息7 d后继续下1个疗程;连续治疗3～4个疗程,随访12个月评价疗效。结果临床疗效比较:观察组总有效率为97.2%,对照组总有效率为82.4%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。复发率比较:观察组复发率为16.7%,对照组复发率为50.0%,观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。在治疗过程中及随访期间,两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论眼舒颗粒内服联合复方樟柳碱穴位注射治疗特发性眼睑痉挛疗效显著,复发率低,且较安全。
OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect of Yanshu oral granules combined with acupoint injection with compound anisodine on idiopathic blepharospasm. METHODS Seventy eyes of 62 idiopathic blepharospasm patients were randomly divided into two groups. In control group, 34 eyes of 31 patients were injected with 2 ml compound anisodine injection around the orbit. In observation group, 36 eyes of 31 patients were treated with Yanshu granules 10 g three times per day on the basis of the treatment of control group. Forteen days of treatment was a course,the patients fully recovered would not be treated anymore; the patients improved or unhealed would continue the remain course of treatment after 7 days of rest; Full treatment contained 3 to 4 courses and followed-up lasted for 12 months. RESULTS The comparison of curative effect： the total effective rate in observation group was 97.2% and it in control group was 82.4%. It in observation group was significantly better than result of control group（P〈0.05）. The relapse rate： the recurrence rate in the observation group was 16.7% while it in the control group was 50.0%, and the recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. During the course of treatment and follow-up, no significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups. CONCLUSIONS The curative effect of Yanshu oral granules combined with acupoint injection with compound anisodine on idiopathic blepharospasm was significant, which was of low recurrence rate and favorable safety.
